CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We will start by inviting you to share your creative vision and your budget, and work hard to understand your needs so we can advise you on how best to meet them.
We are transparent with our pricing, providing a comprehensive costed scope of works and seeking competitive prices for materials and from contractors.
We like to meet with you several times before work begins - building this relationship allows us to achieve your vision within your budget and any practical requirements.
PLANNING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
To ensure each project is professionally managed and adequately resourced, we like to run only a few construction projects concurrently.
We have a clear management structure in place to ensure targets, in terms of build quality, programme and budget, are hit. We will assign you a project manager so you have a consistent point of contact throughout your journey.
For every scheme we undertake, we use a number of project management tools that are updated daily, including a build programme and procurement schedule. We regularly share our findings with you to ensure you are part of the decision-making process.
DESIGN
Our design approach is simple - using our little black book of trusted experts, we help you source the best architects, interiors specialists and landscape designers to honour your originality and tailor your scheme to suit your style and budget.
Whether creating a contemporary masterpiece or thoughtfully reinstating heritage hallmarks, we oversee your multidisciplinary team and help to manage your bespoke selection of materials, fixtures and fittings.
With a commitment to excellence and attention to detail, we blend innovative design with superior and sustainable construction techniques to create homes that surpass expectations.
ONGOING MAINTENANCE
We work alongside a trusted property management partner who offers an ongoing maintenance service to keep your home pristine and working beautifully. They can attend to smaller handyman jobs, managing annual maintenance agreements or a full refresh further down the line.
HANDOVER AND AFTERCARE
When your project is complete, we hand over your home complete with a bespoke operations manual which explains how everything in your house works - from the plumbing and electricals to which replacement bulbs are required.
Our customer care team will remain available to assist with the final details of your move and address any improvements. Your project manager will then work with you during our six month snagging period to keep track of items and work with you to get any resulting works carried out.
THE BUILD
We understand regular communication is key. You will meet with our multidisciplinary team of site managers, project managers, directors and designers on a weekly basis.
We prioritise managing and engaging with subcontractors to ensure installation keeps to deadline. We manage your project cashflow by carefully tracking payments and communicating any cost variations for your approval.
We take the running of our sites seriously – your project will be compliant with health and safety requirements, and your site kept clean and tidy and in line with Building Regulations.

Whilst Holt remains a business run on family values, we have successfully grown an impressive portfolio of luxury residential projects across London, Surrey and beyond. From our offices in Richmond, and across our multiple sites, we have a committed team of project managers, quantity surveyors, site managers, customer service and finance staff to ensure the smooth operations of our business.
We work with a core team of skilled tradesmen including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, decorators and labourers who deliver their work to our high standards.
We regularly work alongside a trusted network of architects, interior designers, property managers and industry experts to share best practice and continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Our story
Holt was founded in 2001, by brothers Rob and James Holt, from a desire to create a service that offered clients the complete package when it came to their bespoke building solutions.
Rob has always worked in the world of property, sharing his extensive knowledge, vision and experience with his colleagues and industry peers, whilst always remaining dedicated to the project in hand.
James discovered his passion for building and design during university and has spent his time since fuelling that fire. His acute eye for detail and ability to overcome logistical challenges is unsurpassed in the industry.
